The location doesn’t get much better: on top of a hill, at the end of a cull de sac, in a neighborhood of distictive SF homes in the Frederick Law Olmstead Historic Distric. However, this property will definitely stretch the use of the word “potential”. It is currently not habitable as there is no kitchen or useable bath. So, only cash or possible "203K type" financing will apply. (FHA will NOT work.) Do the math: “finished” it’s worth plenty. And pets are AOK.
